Kelley Green is a self-love enthusiast, certified yoga instructor, engaging podcast host, published author, and creative writer for her own personal lifestyle brand.
Kelley impacts the world by providing people with the guidance and resources to see themselves in a way that amplifies their self-worth. Through her content, created as self-love quotes, blog posts, speaking topics, videos, etc., she introduces the importance of self-care, and creating a lifestyle and belief system that affirms the love and celebration all women deserve.
In 2017, Kelley debuted her first book “Perfectly Imperfect”, a collection of poetry and prose laced with gripping poems and inspirational tidbits of reflective experiences infused with valuable wisdom. Each piece reminds the reader of life’s only constant: change and life’s key to happiness: self-love. Through creative writing, Kelley learned how to overcome the grief of three loved ones in her family in one year and her battle with living in the unknown with society's pressures of success on her back. She now uses the knowledge she’s gained to help other women battling with self-doubt, a lack of confidence, and an uncertain sense of direction in their life.
Born and raised in South Jamaica, Queens, New York, she is no stranger to seeing faces that resemble hers while also witnessing the pain and challenges of the women inflicted by loss, trauma, and a vacant sense of self. This is why her work is designed to guide creative women of color to a life wrapped in confidence, self-love, healing, and alignment with their purpose and true selves. Kelley’s coaching work is strengthened by the 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Training Certification that she carries in order to introduce her clients to transformational breath-mind-body awareness, divine self-love, and a sense of community as a yoga practitioner.
A natural communicator, Kelley shares her story and wellness knowledge in order to inspire others to live their best lives. She’s an advocate for giving creators a place to voice their experiences through the podcast she co-hosts called the WYL Take Ownership podcast, which is in partnership with Univision Broadcast Network. Kelley has landed partnerships and speaking opportunities with companies such as Allstate, Whose Your Landlord, Women’s Empowerment Groups, NYC Board of Education, and several Non-Profit Organizations, in New York City.
When Kelley isn’t busy creating content, she is traveling the world, practicing arm balances on a yoga mat, and spending time with her family and friends.
